Should You Repaint Your House or Replace the Siding Before You List it on the Lake City MLS?

For most people, it makes sense to repaint or replace old, vinyl siding before putting a home on the Lake City real estate market. In fact, there are plenty of minor updates that can improve a home’s resale value, such as minor bathroom upgrades, kitchen updates, and landscaping improvements.
