It generally means the place is small – and though that’s completely fine, because many people are looking for small houses, you may want to keep looking if you need something spacious.

Word #2 to Watch for in Real Estate Listings: Vintage
When a real estate listing touts something as having vintage style, it likely means that whatever the term is describing is old. It may mean bright teal subway tile in the bathroom, laminate countertops, shag carpet, or any number of other things dating back to the 1950s, 60s or 70s.
